چکیده
Background: This study is to investigate the recovery in left ventricular ejection fraction first 3 months after acute myocardial infarction treated with primary angioplasty. Left function (LVF) main predictor of long term prognosis cases survival infarction. Study aims successful improvement angioplasty.
Methodology: A cross sectional was conducted at Chaudhary Pervaiz Ellahi Institute Cardiology, Multan from 1stSeptember 2019 30thSeptember 2020. evaluated 100 patients Primary angioplasty a very 1st treatment re-open locked artery Ejection measured Echocardiography Simpson’s biplane method 3rd day and Collected data analyzed by using SPSS version 23. Chi square test applied see association among variables.
Results: One hundred were included this study. The mean age BMI 59.45±6.01 years 24.76±8.02 kg/m2, respectively. Male 70 (70%) female 30 (30%) ratio 7:3. LVEF month observed ≤40% 223 (23.0%) >40% 77 (77%) patients. greater number that’s why also male gender (p<0.001). Increase have no impact on procedure success (p>0.050).
Conclusion: Results reveal that plan significant during Myocardial (MI) observed.

AIMS To study recovery of segmental wall thickening (SWT), ejection fraction (EF), and end-systolic volume (ESV) after acute myocardial infarction (AMI) in patients who underwent primary stenting with drug-eluting stents. متن کاملPrediction of left ventricular function in patients after acute myocardial infarction treated with primary angioplasty
Background: Despite a substantial reduction in in-hospital mortality, the long-term outcomes of patients with acute ST-elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) undergoing primary percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA) remain uncertain. The main causes include progressive left ventricle (LV) remodelling and impaired LV systolic function with a decreased ejection fraction (EF). B-ty...
متن کاملTime course and determinants of left ventricular function recovery after primary angioplasty in patients with acute myocardial infarction.
OBJECTIVES We sought to evaluate the importance of time in relation to treatment, time course and determinants of recovery of left ventricular (LV) function in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) undergoing primary percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA). BACKGROUND Myocardial salvage has been shown to be dependent on the time elapsed from the onset of AMI to reperfu...
متن کاملPredictors of left ventricular dysfunction in patients with first acute anterior myocardial infarction undergoing primary angioplasty.
BACKGROUND The degree of left ventricular dysfunction determines the prognostic outcome of patients with acute myocardial infarction. OBJECTIVES To define the clinical, angiographic and procedural variables related to LV dysfunction in patients with anterior wall AMI referred for primary percutaneous coronary intervention. METHODS The sample included 168 patients treated by primary PCI for ...

Technetium-99m-pyrophosphate (99mTc-PYP) has been used, in combination with thallium-201, to estimate the site and extent of myocardial infarcts. We report a case of acute myocardial infarction with severe coronary disease in which the distribution of 99mTc-PYP was extensive. A 78-year-old man presented with dyspnea, and a diagnosis of non-ST-segment elevation acute myocar...
